I have suffered with adult acne in one way or another since puberty, I am now 27 and my cystic acne became out of control. 4 years ago I completed an intense & intrusive course of Roaccuate, which totally cleared my skin up... however it didn't fix the ROOT CAUSE.... my hormones! This meant eventually my acne did return.

I started taking The Anti Acne Club supplements 4 months ago, I suffered a horrible purge which is to be expected around a month into the course, this for me lasted around 2 months. It was disheartening as I kept thinking to myself "There's no cure for my acne, I will be the unlucky one where this supplement just doesn't work for me" and how wrong I was. Everyday I would come online and read the reviews just holding on to hope that one day I would be saying the same.

TIP: Make sure you take BOTH capsules at the same time with breakfast. I found the directions slightly misleading and took one with breakfast and one with dinner which I have now been told is incorrect.

This stuff works! I'm a 27 year old guy who has been dealing acne for about 15 years. I've had it all (regular acne, cystic acne, infected acne, all of it). I've also tried every product under the sun to try and get rid of it; Pro Active, The Acne.org Regimen, topical benzol peroxide, topical tretinoin, ... The list goes on. None of it worked. I’m 33 years old and I have been battling painful, cystic acne since my teenage years, but especially in the last 4 years since coming off the contraceptive pill. I have tried everything. EVERYTHING. Creams, serums, masks, expensive dermatologist appointments, antibiotics, alkalising diets, drinking 2 litres of water a day, cutting out diary/sugar/caffeine...you name it. I have been taking the supplements for almost 2 months now and I’ve seen a massive improvement in my skin. Less breakouts, soft skin, a bit more evened out complexion. Although I do break out (barely) here and there but it’s considerably less severe from before and the acne and oily skin that had plagued my skin for years has pretty much gone.

It took my acne (not as severe as other people) less three weeks to settle after taking this supplement and I did not suffer from any sort of purging from what I had read from the other comments.

I’ve also noticed that even if I eat/drink food with a lot of sugar and greasy food that used to make me break out with the supplement I have not had such issues and now can’t pretty much eat whatever I want unlike before.
