How do I return an item?

Returns can only be accepted for sealed products; once opened, returns are not possible. You must organise returns within 30 days of delivery. To arrange a return, email us at skincare@porefavor.com

How do I update my card?

How do I change how often my subscription is sent?

You can do this from within your account - just click "Edit" and then "Delivery Schedule"

How do I cancel my subscription?

On "Manage Subscription" click "Edit" and at the bottom "Cancel Subscription"
