To qualify for the guarantee you must be a customer in the USA or UK and have been using the supplements for a full 90 day period, this is because it can sometimes take this long for results to show. Fixing the root cause is an effective, long-term solution - not an overnight quick-fix.
This means the minimum and maximum claim you can make is for 3 bottles. If you were to purchase, for example, a 6 month supply you would only be refunded for 3 months.
You'll need to contact us either by email or using the chat facility in the bottom right of your screen either 48 hours before or 48 hours after the end of the 3 month period.
