Here’s how it works:

You’ll receive a reusable glass storage jar with your first order – please don’t throw this away! Each month after that, we’ll send you a refill pouch through your letterbox. After the full 90 days, you’ll need to send back the jar and the three empty pouches to be eligible for a refund. These help us verify that the capsules have been used properly and prevent any unauthorised resale.

To qualify for the guarantee, you must take 2 capsules a day for 90 consecutive days, unless we’ve agreed otherwise with you by email. We’ll refund you for each packet you return, but we can’t offer a refund without receiving all three empty pouches and the jar.

You will need to return the glass jar and the 3 empty pouches to receive the refund - please do not dispose of the glass jar or the empty pouches.

Once we’ve received everything, we’ll process your refund – we’ll cover the return postage with a free shipping label, and just deduct a small $8 processing fee.

You’ll need to submit your claim within 10 days of finishing the 90-day course, so be sure to get in touch as soon as you're done.

This guarantee is offered in good faith by Pore Favor and may be updated or withdrawn at any time. It doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
