Delivery & Returns


All postage in the US is free of charge. We usually dispatch on the same day of your purchase and delivery from there takes 2-10 days. We ship from MO using FedEx (we may use other couriers when needed). 

We recommend not shipping to a PO box as parcels can often be rejected.

You'll receive email confirmation once your order has been shipped, but if you have any questions at any time feel free to reach out to us either by email or using the chat option in the bottom right of your screen.

  • As part of our mission to reduce our carbon footprint, we will plant a tree with every order! We have partnered with gold certified projects across Kenya, Haiti, and Madagascar that plant trees and support local communities and wildlife. 


This returns policy is separate to the money-back-guarantee policy.

We do not accept returns for non-faulty items. This is because we are unable to resell items that have been returned to us, regardless of their condition. Therefore, please ensure that you have made any enquiries before purchasing and are confident you wish to use the capsules.

If your item is faulty, you will be eligible to choose between a replacement or a refund. Faulty items must be declared within 14 days of purchase.
