I have had acne my whole life. I thought as an adult it would have gone away but now, at 47 years old, I started getting hormonal acne. I was defeated. I saw an ad and decided to try the vitamins. I have been giving this to both of my teenage sons for about 5 months now. Each of them did have a purging effect in the first month or so, but I had read that was normal so we pushed through. These kids won't take anything unless I physically hand it to them and watch them swallow it, so I do every day. After about 6 weeks there was a very noticeable clearing up of their facial acne. I have been using this for two months. I always got cystic hormonal acne on my skin. One or two big ones every week on my chin. I haven’t had a single cystic pimple in five weeks this has never happened to me. I’ve tried everything and this has been the only thing that’s worked. I’m obsessed. There’s still scarring obviously and I got one tiny pimple but over all the change is massive for me.
This stuff thank *** has been working so so well! Im only on my 2nd bottle and have had major clear ups. I have gotten a few pimples here and there depending on my cycle, but nothing like it used to be, and I feel like it’s only getting better.

I’ve been taking it for a month with doxycycline and my skin did purge but got so much better. I just got my period and didn’t have that bad of a break out this time. My cystic acne isn’t as bad and I’m still going to continue this after I finish doxycycline!
